Our History

Mediterranean Float Glass (MFG SPA), a subsidiary of Algeria's leading private group CEVITAL, has made glass a true Algerian asset. Indeed, in just one year of existence, Algeria, thanks to MFG, has become a glass exporter after being an importer for decades.
Moreover, MFG is the only flat glass company in the Maghreb and one of the most important in Africa. Its industrial site is located in Larbaâ (Wilaya of Blida, 34km from the port of Algiers) on an area of 30 hectares. It now has 5 production lines and a subsidiary for architectural and appliance glass transformation.
Thanks to the knowledge and experience acquired over the years, MFG has become a true reference in Algeria and internationally. Furthermore, MFG aims to become one of the most efficient companies in its field.
