Description

The MEDISTAR S® consists of a clear glass coated with a thin transparent layer of oxide of metals and noble metals, deposited by cathode sputtering under vacuum. the layer reflects the thermal infrared and limits heat loss by radiation

Applications

MEDISTAR S® offers low emissivity. Mounted in double glazing, it allows to obtain the value Ug=1.1 W/(m2K) in a composition 4mm/16mm Ar (90%)/4mm.

It can be used in all insulation glass units for new constructions or renovation:

  • Window and French windows of houses.
  • Veranda and loggia.
  • Window and facade of non-residential building.

Advantages

The MEDISTAR S® is a low-emissivity high performance glass, it is intended to be assembled in double glazing.
