Description

The MEDISTAR + S® is a high-performance low-emissivity layered glass intended to be assembled in double glazing. It consists of a clear glass coated with a thing transparent layer of metal oxides and noble metals, which reflect the thermal infrared and limits heat loss by radiation.

Applications

It can be used in all insulation glass units for new constructions or renovation:

  • Window and door-windows for houses.
  • Veranda and loggia.
  • Window and facade of non-residential building.

Advantages

The MEDISTAR S® offers the lowest emissivity that can be manufactured industrially. Mounted in double glazing, it makes it possible to obtain the Ug=value(1.0 W/(m2K)) in a 4mm float counter plate composition, plate interval 16mm/Argon90%.
